Female wage future unfortunately is silent to the STEM issue which is still quite significant across the board. The percentage of female college grads in low wage degree programs is also quite a bit more than male participation shows according to several reports I've seen so I am not sure that I would buy off on Zack's causality relationship of college with earning power frankly. I do agree it will keep flatterning, but much of this will depend on career choices and not blanket statement of college education, when in fact enrollments are declining.
The gap is a multi-variate issue not defined by gender alone.
